What we do

  • We come, check on site what is wrong, and tell you what needs to be done
  • Replacing uprights and beams after forklift impacts
  • Straightening and replacing bracing (diagonals)
  • Geometry correction: out of plumb, shifted axes, uneven levels
  • Fixing installations built by others
  • Replacing and aligning stacker crane rails
  • Dismantling, moving and extending racking
  • Rebuilding mezzanines and platforms, e.g. lowering a level
  • Work in a running warehouse: at night, during breaks, at weekends

We fix what does not work

Amazon FR1, Frankfurt, 2021: we lowered a whole platform by about 30 cm. We took the floor apart, cut off the brackets holding the load-bearing members, welded them one level lower and rebuilt the platform element by element.

Philip Morris International, Kraków, 2021: together with Dematic we repaired Multishuttle racking left by another contractor. We took over the project and re-aligned the whole installation, including shifting it by 3 cm onto the axis of the production line.

Porsche, Leipzig, 2025: over six weekends we replaced the rails the robots run on. We have replaced rails at several companies.

On tall racking built from spliced frames, the perforation on several uprights had been punched wrong and part of the structure ended up higher than the rest – we found a way to fix it.

Lowering a platform by about 30 cm in a running warehouse

The platform floor taken apart, the load-bearing beams exposed. We cut off the brackets, weld them one level lower and put the platform back together, element by element.
