We install the AutoStore grid from the first base plate: laser setting-out, columns, guides and top frame, ports and service mezzanine – ready for commissioning.

A dense grid with bins stacked on top of each other. Robots run on top and deliver bins to the ports.

Four people, from a grid of base plates set out by laser, through the columns and frame of the grid, to robots on the grid, five ports and a service mezzanine. Precision at the base-plate stage decides whether the robots will run without stopping.
